I opted for a 1200 Sq.ft plot. The key amenities like 24x7 water supply and a children's play area are essential for their comfort. Propex Realty has provided a gated community which gives me peace of mind. The proximity to Sarvodaya Hospital is also a significant factor for their health needs. The budget was within my expectations for a plot of this size, around 90 Lakh. The only downside is the lack of readily available OC details.
