The proximity to Sarvodaya Hospital and Sec 8 Faridabad is a significant advantage for healthcare access. The project is still under construction and is expected to be completed by April 2027. While the amenities like 24X7 water supply are good, I do find the overall price range quite high, especially for the larger plots that go up to 8.77 Crore. It feels a bit expensive for the current stage.
