Finally upgrading from our rental flat! Prop Serene in Thiruvanmiyur seemed like a good fit. The 3 BHK configuration offe1448 square feet of built-up area, which is a huge step up for us. We were looking for a ready-to-move property and this ticked that box. The proximity to Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School is incredibly convenient, being nearby, which was a huge relief. We also checked out Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, also at nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting look nice, and the jogging track is a great addition for our morning walks. We hope the community living is pleasant.
