It's ready to move, which was perfect as we didn't want to wait. Prop Identity seems like a developer with some experience in Chennai West. The location is okay, close to NH48. What bothered us a little was the price, it was slightly higher than we expected for this area, but we managed with a loan. The construction quality looks good from what we saw. We haven't seen any amenities listed, which is a bit of a letdown, but the flat itself is spacious enough for us. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.
