It's in Ayanambakkam, which is a developing area. The key thing for me was that it's ready to move in, so they could shift immediately. My father liked the idea of the children's play area, even though they don't have young kids anymore, it adds to the open space. The building was completed in 2013, so it's not brand new, but the construction by Ambiente Constructions seems solid. The price was around 70 Lakh. Getting OC details was difficult, but they assured me it was handled.

It's ready to move in which was a huge plus since we didn't want to wait around. The cycling and jogging track is something we use almost every evening. Security is good too, which is important for us. The price was around 55 Lakh, which was within our budget. My only small complaint is that the parking spaces are a bit narrow, and sometimes it's difficult to maneuver our small car. Otherwise, we are quite happy with the purchase.
