The pricing is between 1.40 Crore and 1.61 Crore, which is a bit higher than we initially budgeted, but the amenities like the gymnasium and the party hall seem worth it. The location on Sinhagad Road is convenient, and knowing Bharati Hospital is nearby is reassuring. Probha Buildcon Pvt Ltd is promising good ventilation and cutting-edge architecture. We are just a bit hesitant because OC is not yet available, and the completion date is July 2028.

The 833 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment has enough space for our small family, and the children's play area looks good. The yoga and meditation area is a nice touch for the adults. Construction is under way and expected by July 2028. The pricing for our unit was around 1.15 Crore. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on Sinhagad Road during peak hou, but hopefully, the metro connectivity improving will help in the long run. The solid waste management system is also a plus.
