The price was around 45 lakh, which felt manageable for us right now. PRM Begraj Ventures LLP P is the developer, and the project is expected to be completed by March 2028. We are really looking forward to the digital classroom for learning, as we both work from home sometimes, and the rooftop BBQ zone sounds fun for entertaining friends. The 50% greenery aspect is nice too. The location in Mahananda Para is pretty good, not too far from everything. We just hope the construction noise doesn't last too long.
