  We looked at several properties in Siliguri before deciding on Dwarika Residency. What sold us was the location in Mahananda Para, Milanpally. Being directly opposite the school and hospital is a massive advantage for our family. The construction by D P Constructions appearobust, and the ready-to-move status meant we could settle in quickly. The living space is well-designed, and the natural light is good. The only downside we've noticed is the dust from the nearby road construction, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. However, we are happy with the overall quality and the convenience it offe

  I recently purchased a flat in Dwarika Residency. I was looking for something ready to move, and this fit the bill. The proximity to Siliguri Boys High School and Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital is amazing, literally zero distance. It gives me a sense of security knowing these facilities are so close. The local bus stand being nearby is also a big plus for my daily commute to work. D P Constructions has delivered a decent product. The flat is practical, and the price was within my budget. My only small complaint is that the parking area feels a little cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Still, it's a good buy.

  I moved into Dwarika Residency about two months ago. The location in Mahananda Para is quite convenient, especially being right next to Siliguri Boys High School and the eye hospital, which is great for emergencies. The local bus stand is also just a kilometer away, making travel easy. D P Constructions built this, and it seems like a solid property. The rooms are a decent size, not too big but comfortable for two people. My only minor issue is the street can get a bit noisy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a peaceful place to retire.
