We chose Prithvi Towebecause of the schools nearby. ScholaAcademy is just 750 metres away, which is incredibly convenient for us. The apartment layout we saw, a 3 BHK with 1664 sq.ft built-up, is quite practical for our family. The children's play area and the park within the project are big pluses. We’re hoping the April 2028 completion date is met. Continental Hospitals being nearby is also reassuring. The price range is a bit high, reaching up to 2.95 Crore for the larger units, but the amenities and location justify it for us. We're excited about the community spaces like the badminton court.

Having the ScholaAcademy just 750 metres away was a major factor for us. The project is under construction with a target completion of April 2028. We liked the layout of the apartments and the overall plan for the community. The clubhouse is quite large, around 16,000 sq.ft, which will be great for weekend activities. My husband is also keen on the jogging track. The price point was within our reach after considering a home loan.
