We checked out a 1.5 BHK, the carpet area ranged from 358 to 658 square feet, so we found a comfortable size. The indoor games and kid's pool were definite selling points for us, even though we don't have kids yet. It's close to SNBP International School and College, which is good for future planning. The electrification with transformer and solar energy is also quite modern. The only issue we found was that the car parking spots felt a bit cramped, especially for larger vehicles. Overall, it’s a good project by Pristine Properties.
