Primera One's location in West Hyderabad, close to Rishitha Hospitals (a short distance), made it an obvious choice. I opted for a 4 BHK which is quite large at 2605 Sq.ft built-up area, offering plenty of space. The project by Primera Constructions seems well-equipped with necessary amenities like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which provides peace of mind. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas, which is a common issue in developing parts of Hyderabad. The proximity to Pallavi International School is also a plus if I decide to settle down here long term. It’s a good, functional home.
