Relocating to Hyderabad for work was a big step, and finding a home near the hospital was crucial. Primera One's location in West Hyderabad, close to Rishitha Hospitals (a short distance), made it an obvious choice. I opted for a 4 BHK which is quite large at 2605 Sq.ft built-up area, offering plenty of space. The project by Primera Constructions seems well-equipped with necessary amenities like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which provides peace of mind. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas, which is a common issue in developing parts of Hyderabad. The proximity to Pallavi International School is also a plus if I decide to settle down here long term. It’s a good, functional home.

We chose a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1615 Sq.ft, which is much more comfortable than our rental. The location in Peeramcheru is quite accessible, with the Golden Farm / Police Academy Bus Stop just a 6-minute walk away, which is helpful for commuting. Primera Constructions has included important features like a Sewage Treatment Plant and Water Conservation systems, which are good for the environment. The only downside we've noticed is that the parking area feels a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Still, the apartment itself is bright and well-ventilated, and we are happy to finally own a home here.
