The price was around 80 Lakhs, which was manageable for me. The fact that it's ready to move in made the process much simpler. I was impressed by the children's play area and the gymnasium. It’s a gated community, which feels very safe. The location is decent, with schools and hospitals nearby. However, the parking area seemed a little congested when I visited, which might be an issue if you have multiple vehicles. Still, overall, it's a good start.
