We chose Prime Elegance because of the proximity to Mount St. Ann High School, which is literally a minute away. That makes the morning school run so much easier. The 2 BHK flat we got has a carpet area of 639 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is quite nice and gives a green feel. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a big relief. The only small thing is that the internal roads could be a bit wider, especially when multiple caare trying to pass.
