This is my very fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I bought a 1 BHK flat in Pride Icon, which has a carpet area of 316 sq.ft and cost me around 26.86 Lakh. The location in Talegaon Dabhade, Anand Nagar, seemed promising, and it's close to the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway. Pride Constructions is the developer. I liked that it’s a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The 24x7 water supply and lifts are also very convenient. It was ready to move in, which was a huge relief. My only concern is the size of the rooms; they feel a bit small, but for a fit home, it's acceptable.
