It's good to have Rainwater Harvesting implemented too. The project is ready-to-move, which was a big factor for me. Being close to Manav Hospital is also a comfort. The surrounding area is well-developed with banks and parks nearby. The 24X7 Water Supply has been consistent, which is a relief. The construction quality seems solid, and the Vastu Compliant design was a plus.
