I purchased a 2 BHK flat here, with a built-up area of approximately 1180 Sq.ft. Being ready to move since December 2012 is quite old, but the construction by Prestige Projects Pvt Ltd seems to have held up well. The amenities are quite good, especially the health facilities and the swimming pool. The location in Central Bangalore is also appealing. My only concern is the commute time to the Vidhana Soudha Metro Station, which is nearby. But for daily hospital work, it's perfect.
