    I chose Premium Asopalav Avenue because of its prime location on the 80ft Road in Kotharia, right opposite Omkar School. It's incredibly convenient for my daily commute, being so close to National Highway 8B. The fact that it's ready to move made the process much simpler, and I could move in immediately without any hassle. Premium Buildcon has developed this residential project. The proximity to Tapovan School and Star Synergy hospital, both at nearby distance, is a major plus. However, I have noticed that parking can be a bit challenging during evenings when residents return. Also, the building is right on the main 80ft road, so there's a constant hum of traffic which might bother some people. Despite these minor points, the convenience is hard to beat.
