After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place not too far from essential services. Vrundavan Park in Kotharia is quite convenient. It's close to Star synergy hospital, which is a comfort, and also near Kothariya Bus Station. I chose a plot size of 1736 Sq.ft. Soyab A Kureshi seems to be a developer who undetands basic needs. The area around Swati Park is relatively calm compared to the city center. While the roads are generally okay, sometimes the traffic coming off the highway can be a bit noisy in the evenings. Still, it feels like a good place to settle.
