The project has basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and a lift, which are essential. The price range of 37.53 Lakh to 59.67 Lakh was reasonable for the configuration. Pratyusha Developehave maintained the property reasonably well since its completion in 2014. My main concern is the dust on the internal roads within the community, which gets quite noticeable after a few days. However, the landscaping is pleasant. The paved compound adds to the neatness.
