We booked in January 2015, so it's been a few yeaThe location in Katraj is decent, close to the Katraj Kondhwal Road. It's good that they have a garbage disposal system. The price was around 87.39 Lakh which felt reasonable for the size and location. We haven't had any major issues so far.
