We were looking for something convenient for our commutes and Prabha Heights in Katraj seemed like a good option. The location is close to the old Pune-Satara highway, which is great for my office in Hinjewadi. We got a 1 BHK which has a carpet area of 347 square feet, it feels spacious enough for us. The carpet area is around 371 square feet, which is a good step up from our current rental. Katraj is a developing area and we hope property values will increase. St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is very close, which is perfect for our kids. The developer, Prabha Construction, has a reputation for timely delivery. The only thing is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit much sometimes, but we think it will settle down once things are completed.
