    We were looking for a place close to Continental Hospitals, and Prathibaa Enclave's location in Manikonda is quite convenient. It takes me about 10-a short distance get to work, which is a huge plus. The 2 BHK configuration with 800 square feet is decent for my family of three. We were able to move in immediately since it was ready to move. The price of 56 Lakh was within our budget for a new city. I am a bit concerned about the lack of OC received, but the builder assured us it is in process. The lift is working well.
