Finally got my fit apartment here at Pratham Bluets Phase 5. It's a 2 BHK and the carpet area is 862 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. The location in Alkapuri is good, very close to Shaishav School. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. Also, the swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for the evenings. Construction seems solid enough for a fit-time buyer like me. The developer, Pratham Realty Private Limited, has provided all the necessary facilities. Ready to move in was a big plus. Hope it’s a good start for us.
