We were renting in Vadodara for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. We looked at a few options and settled on a 2 BHK at Mangla Sharanam. The location in Alkapuri, Subhanpura is very convenient for us as teache, being close to Baroda High School which is nearby. It’s also got easy access to main roads like Race Coue Road. The flat is ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. We found the rooms to be a good size, much better than our rental. The only slight drawback is the parking can be a bit tight sometimes, especially if we have visitoBut overall, we are happy with the upgrade and the home.
