We purchased a plot in Prasanna Moreshwar Park 5 in Jamtha. My wife liked the idea of having space to build our retirement home. The location near Wardha Road is accessible, and it's good that it's close to Suretech Hospital, only a short distance. Prasanna Buildcon is the developer, and the project is expected to be ready by December 2028. We chose a plot size of 2967 Sq.ft. The basic amenities like internal roads and footpaths are being developed. However, I do find the access road to the project a bit narrow from the main Wardha Road, which might be inconvenient sometimes. Overall, it seems like a quiet area for our future home.
