We needed a spacious home and the 3 BHK apartments at Prasan caught our eye. The carpet area ranges from 1475 to 1640 sq.ft, which should be enough for our family. It’s great that Akshara International School Kismatpur is only a 9-minute drive away, and Rishitha Hospitals are also very close, just 8 minutes. The project by Sri Sai Nirman Projects is still under construction, with completion targeted for December 2027. We like the idea of recreation facilities and landscaping. The only minor issue is the dust from the ongoing construction work, but we expect that to settle down once it is completed. Having solid waste management and fire sprinkleinstalled is also a good safety measure for the kids.
