After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. Praneeth Greenfield offered villas that felt spacious. I chose a 1352 Sq.ft 3 BHK villa. The price was around 43.45 Lakh. It’s ready to move, which meant I didn't have to wait. The developer, Praneeth Group, seems to have a decent track record. The amenities like the multipurpose room and sports area are nice to have. Beeramguda is a developing area, and it’s good that it’s close to the Hyderabad-Bombay NH-9 Highway. However, the traffic on the highway can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a slight concern for quick access. The landscaping is well done, giving a pleasant feel.

The price for the unit we are looking at is around 55 Lakh, which is manageable. It's located in Beeramguda, near Patancheru, and close to the ORR, making commuting easier. We checked out the amenities, and the swimming pool and gymnasium are definite plus points. The construction looks solid. My only hesitation is that the OC is not available, which is a bit unusual for a project completed in 2012. Also, the surrounding area still has some construction work going on, so there's some dust and noise during the day. But for the price and location, it’s decent.
