    I bought a plot in Pramodaya Vignehswara Layout Phase 2 in Nelamangala. It seemed like a good option for a future home or investment. The proximity to NH-48 is a big plus for connectivity, nearby. It’s also reassuring that Amrutha Supepeciality Hospital is close to the location. While the layout is ready, the surrounding area can get quite dusty, especially on the internal roads. Also, the distance to the Namma Metro stations like Chikkabidarakallu is substantial, nearby. This means I will definitely need my own vehicle for commuting efficiently. Pramodaya Enterprises is the developer here.
