Relocating to Bengaluru, I needed a place that was accessible and had essential services nearby. Skyline Raj Enclave, being ready to move, was ideal. The proximity to Amrutha supepeciality hospital at nearby is incredibly convenient for my professional. The 24x7 Security and Sewage Treatment Plant are standard but important inclusions. My main concern is the current state of the approach road; it's not fully developed and can be quite bumpy, leading to dust. However, the developer, Skyline Group, has provided good internal amenities like the water softener plant. I believe the area has potential for growth.

This is my fit property purchase, and I felt Skyline Raj Enclave was a good starting point. I liked the idea of the Yoga / Meditation Area and the 24x7 Security. Being ready to move was a huge plus, as I didn't want to wait. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very pleasant. The only slight worry is the distance to the main bus stop, which is nearby, so getting around without a peonal vehicle might be tricky. The Skyline Group has included a Sewage Treatment Plant which is good for the environment. I'm still waiting to see the final OC details, but so far, it feels like a solid decision.

The proximity to Amrutha supepeciality hospital (2.8 km) and Ebenzer St Thomas School (2.9 km) makes this location very convenient for us, even though we don't have kids in school yet. The presence of a Water Softner Plant is a thoughtful amenity. My only real complaint is the traffic noise, especially during peak hou, because it's not too far from a main road. The Vastu compliant aspect was a nice bonus. Skyline Group has offered a decent package here.
