The location on Kongara Kalan Road in Adibatla is accessible, and importantly, Sri Vamshidhar high school is only a 6-minute drive away. We purchased a plot of 2448 Sq.ft, which gives us ample space to build a good-sized home. The price was around 44.87 Lakhs, which felt a bit high but manageable for the plot size and amenities provided. The project has internal roads and footpaths, along with a children's play area, which my kids are already excited about. It was completed in June 2017 and is ready to move in. The biggest challenge we foresee is the connectivity; while it’s close to highways, the immediate approach road can get a bit busy, especially with school timings. Water storage is available, which is a relief.
