We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Hyderabad and found Prajwalaa Temple Tree. The 3 BHK flats are around 1500 Sq.ft, which is perfect for our family. Prajwalaa Properties delivered this project in December 2021, so it was good to see it completed. The price range of 50.25 L to 75.0 L seemed fair for the amenities offered. We particularly liked the children's play area and the multipurpose hall for gatherings. The only downside is the traffic on the main Beeramguda road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Overall, a good buy for us.
