I'm looking at a 2 BHK with a carpet area of about 544 sq.ft. The project is ready to move, so I can settle in quickly. The location in Gahunje is decent, with the S. B. Patil Public School nearby if I ever have family visiting. The solid waste management system is also a positive point. While the project has many good features, the price point was a bit higher than I initially budgeted, but the amenities and readiness offset that.
