Finally decided to buy my fit home at Lodha Estancia in Pune. The 3 BHK flat is quite large, around 2070 sq.ft built up area, which is what we wanted for future expansion. The price started around 1.17 Crore onwards, which felt manageable for a ready to move property. I liked the idea of the natural pond and the temple within the complex, it gives a peaceful vibe. My parents also liked the idea of the golf coue, though I'm not sure how much they'll use it. The location near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway is convenient for travel. Construction quality looks decent so far. Hopefully, the maintenance charges are not too high.

We were looking for something ready to move in Pune and Lodha Estancia caught our eye. The 2070 sq.ft size for a 3 BHK is spacious enough for us now and for a few yeadown the line. It's a resort-based luxury project, so the amenities like the swimming pool and cycling track are a big draw. Having the sports area and amphitheater is great for weekend relaxation. The location in Gahunje is developing, and it's close to the expressway which is good for my commute to Hinjewadi, though the proposed metro is still quite far. The main concern is the traffic on the expressway during peak houOtherwise, it's a nice place.
