The 2 BHK apartments are spacious enough at 1165 square feet built up, offering good cross-ventilation. The proximity to Dr. Rao's ENT Hospital is a significant comfort for us. GEV built this project back in 2011. Power backup is a crucial amenity for us, ensuring we are comfortable during any power outages. The area around the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is something to consider, but overall it provides a peaceful living environment.
