My wife and I are upgrading from our rented place and decided on a 2 BHK in Pradnya Vidyanjani Apartments. We looked at a few options and this one seemed to offer a good balance. The carpet area for the 2 BHKs range up to 505 square feet, which gives us much more space than before. Having The Lexicon International School just 0.57 kilometeaway is a huge convenience for our children. Pradnya Developehas delivered this project and it's ready to move. One thing we noticed is that the electrical meter room is located quite close to our proposed flat, which we need to get more clarity on. The area itself is busy, so we are expecting some traffic noise, but the proximity to schools is a major win.

The children's play area is a nice addition for the kids to have some outdoor space within the complex. While the apartment size is good, some of the internal finishes could have been a bit more premium. We also need to consider parking arrangements as the building doesn't seem to have extensive provision for multiple caper unit. However, the convenience of the school nearby outweighs this concern for now.
