    Moving out of our rental was a big decision, and Prabhavathi Ridge offered a good opportunity. We got a 1 BHK flat, 540 sq.ft built up, for approximately 28 Lakhs. It’s a ready-to-move property, which meant we could settle in without waiting for possession. The inclusion of a gymnasium and a party hall are nice perks. The location in Hulimavu is decent, though not exactly on the main Bannerghatta Road, it’s accessible. The biggest drawback we’ve noticed is the water pressure on higher floo, which sometimes dips during peak usage times, especially in the mornings. The 24x7 water supply is there, but the pressure needs improvement. Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Has provided a basic, functional home.

The location near Hulimavu and off B. G Road is convenient for commuting to our offices. We liked the gym and the 24x7 security is a big plus for peace of mind. One thing though, the parking area can get a bit crowded, especially during evenings when everyone is back. Also, the construction dust from nearby sites is noticeable sometimes. Prices were within our budget, around 40 Lakhs for our unit. Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Seems to have delivered a decent product.

The location in Hulimavu, close to Sai Baba Temple and off B. G Road, is beneficial as Narayana e-Techno School is nearby. We appreciated the 24x7 security and the ample car parking available. The project by Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Is ready to move, which was a huge relief. My only slight reservation is the general upkeep of the common areas; they could be maintained a bit better. But for the price and the facilities, it’s a good deal for families.

Was its ready-to-move status and the location off B. G Road. We needed something quickly for our family. The proximity to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital and Narayana e-Techno School is quite convenient. The power backup is reliable, which is essential for my work-from-home setup. However, the road leading to the project from DLF Main Road can be congested during peak hou, and finding parking sometimes takes a few minutes. Overall, it’s a functional space.

It's located in Hulimavu, which is an developing area. The project by Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Is ready to move, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The amenities like the conference room and library are a nice touch, although I haven't used them much. My main concern is the lack of an OC certificate, which might be an issue for future resale value or if we needed a loan against it. However, for the current investment, it seemed like a calculated risk.
