We were looking for an upgrade from our rented place and found Shri Cotha Amber Corner. We booked a 3 BHK, which offea super builtup area of 1550 sq.ft. The price tag of 63.44 Lakh is at the higher end of our budget, but the space is definitely worth it. It is located in Hulimavu, close to Narayana e-Techno School which is handy. The developer, Shri Cotha Constructions, has promised completion by December 2018. One minor issue we’ve noticed is the parking availability seems a bit limited from the site plan, which could be problematic once we move in with our vehicle. Otherwise, the layout looks good.

The price of 42.98 Lakh was attractive, and we were reassured by the developer, Shri Cotha Constructions, having a decent track record. It is currently under construction, with completion aimed for December 2018. The location in JP Nagar 7th Phase is decent, though traffic can be heavy on Bannerghatta Road which is nearby. Getting to the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station is also a bit of a ride at nearly nearby. We are hoping the construction quality holds up.

We finalized our 2 BHK at Shri Cotha Amber Corner a couple of months ago. The super builtup area is 1050 sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for us. My partner really liked the proximity to Narayana e-Techno School, as we plan to start a family soon. The location in Hulimavu, JP Nagar 7th Phase seems promising for future appreciation. The price range of 42.98 Lakh upwards was within our budget. We did notice quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that’s expected at this stage. Shri Cotha Constructions seems to be developing it well so far.

However, the proximity to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, nearby, is a significant plus for my health needs. The area is developing.
