The price of 46 Lakh was within my expected range. Its proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station is a significant advantage for commuting across the city. Also, having Narayana e-Techno School nearby is great, although I don't have children yet. The apartment is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The main road access is decent, but sometimes the internal roads can be a bit congested. Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Seems to be a reliable developer.

However, the traffic on Nyannapannahalli Main Road can be quite bad during peak houWe are hoping the roads improve over time. The price was exactly 46 Lakh, which fit our budget well. Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Seems to have decent projects in the area. We are still settling in, but it feels good to own our own place now.
