The location in Manikonda is convenient, with Raidurg Metro Station nearby, making my commute manageable. I appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the swimming pool. The price was a bit steep for me, around 2.4 Crore, but it's a ready-to-move property and the developer, Pooja Crafted Homes, seems reliable. The Penda-designed stepwell landscapes are beautiful. The Austrian architect and German consultant involvement was a good sign. We liked the Vastu compliant design. The location in Manikonda is decent for accessing Hitech City Main Road, which is nearby. However, the prices are definitely on the higher side, starting from 2.07 Crore. We are still waiting to see how the over 2 acres of vertical gardens develop. The centralized VRF air conditioning is a nice touch for Hyderabad weather. It is ready to move, which was a big plus for us.
