Being a government employee, I look for stable investments, and plots in developing areas often fit the bill. This project is ready to move in, which is a significant advantage. The proximity to essential services like St. Mary's Convent Matric Higher Secondary School and Shanthi Medical Foundation Hospital, both at nearby distance, adds to the location's value. The Piliyapampalayam Bus Stop is also extremely close, facilitating easy commuting. My main concern is the lack of information regarding the completion date and OC received, which makes future construction planning a bit uncertain. The developer needs to be more transparent about these aspects. The area itself is growing, so I am hopeful.

That was the biggest factor for us. The plot is in Annur, Kempanaickenpalayam, and it is ready to move in. Shanthi Medical Foundation Hospital is also right next door, which gives us peace of mind. S Mahendran is the developer. We are considering building a small home here. The area is quite developing. The only downside is the approach road; it's not very wide and can get congested during school drop-off and pick-up times. Parking near the school can also be tricky. But the convenience for the children is unmatched.
