We looked at the 1350 Sq.ft and 3942 Sq.ft options. PMR Developehave included good landscaping and tree planting, which makes the place look nice. It's also conveniently located near NH 65, making commutes easier. The project is ready to move in, which is a big plus. However, the pricing for plots in this area is becoming quite competitive, and we felt it was on the higher side.

The internal roads and footpaths are well-constructed. My main concern is the traffic on NH 65 during peak hou; it can get quite congested making access sometimes difficult.

There isn't much immediate development around, so it's very quiet.
