GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital is very close, which is reassuring. The carpet area is 484 sq.ft, which should be comfortable for them. PM Construction is the developer. The price was around 59 Lakhs. I visited the site once and the amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance were important for me. My parents are happy with the flat and the location.
