    We needed a place close to our workplace and PLN Neel Garden fit the bill perfectly. KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is literally at 0 kilomete, which is fantastic for our kids. The hospital is also right there, which gives us peace of mind. We looked at the 3.5 BHK villas, which are quite spacious at 1629 square feet. Being a gated community with 24x7 water supply adds to the convenience. The only small issue is the traffic noise from the highway sometimes, but we are getting used to it.
