The 2 BHK apartment we saw was 1090 square feet saleable, which is a decent size. The building has lifts and ample parking, which are essential for us. It was ready to move in when we visited. The main issue we noticed was the dust from the industrial area, which can be a concern for health. We are still weighing our options, but the convenience is definitely attractive.
