We bought a 3 BHK apartment here in Platinum Pride for my parents. The location in Elamakkara is quite convenient for them, being close to Aster Medcity which is important. They also like the swimming pool and the children's play area, though they don't use it themselves. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1414 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious. Platinum Supetructures Pvt. Ltd handed over the project a while back, back in October 2012, and it's ready to move in. My only concern was the distance to the metro station, Changampuzha Park is nearby, which might be a bit far for them if they ever need it. But for daily needs and hospital access, it's excellent.

This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Platinum Pride because it's ready to move and in a good area like Perandoor. The 2 BHK configuration has a built-up area of 1170 Sq.ft. I visited the site and saw the children's play area and the multipurpose room. Platinum Supetructures Pvt. Ltd has been in the market for a while. The location is close to Campion School, which is nearby, and also near NH 17. My main worry is the noise from the nearby highway, although it's nearby, you can still hear some traffic. But overall, the amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are reassuring.

As a chartered accountant, I appreciate value and solid construction. Platinum Pride offeready-to-move apartments with decent built-up areas, 1170 Sq.ft for 2 BHK and 1414 Sq.ft for 3 BHK. The developer, Platinum Supetructures Pvt. Ltd, has experience, and the project was completed in October 2012. The proximity to NH 47 and Cochin bypass junction is strategically good for connectivity. The amenities like the swimming pool and badminton court add to the lifestyle quotient. However, I noticed the parking area could be more expansive, especially if you have larger vehicles or multiple caThe overall design feels practical rather than overly luxurious, which is fine for an investment pepective.

We were looking for our fit home and Platinum Pride caught our eye. The 2 BHK apartment size is 1170 Sq.ft, which is decent for us as a young couple. We really liked the indoor games facility and the badminton court, perfect for unwinding after work. Being close to NH 47 and the Cochin bypass junction, nearby, makes commuting easy. Platinum Supetructures Pvt. Ltd seems to have a good reputation. The only downside is that during peak hou, the traffic on the roads around Elamakkara can get a bit congested. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for us, as we didn't want to wait.

We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place in Platinum Pride. The 3 BHK apartment is 1414 Sq.ft, giving us much more room than our rental. We love that it's close to Campion School, which is nearby, making school runs easier. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for us. Platinum Supetructures Pvt. Ltd seems to have delivered on time. The area around Elamakkara is developing well. One thing that bothered us a little was the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which is common in developing areas. But the project itself feels secure with 24x7 security and video door security, and the swimming pool is a nice bonus.
