We bought a 3 BHK, and the built-up area is about 1565 square feet, giving the kids plenty of room. The apartment is ready to move, which made our transition smoother. The location in Mamangalam is decent, although the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially closer to the bypass junction which is also nearby.
