We loved the idea of the mini theatre and the skating rink for our future family. The price point is a bit high, with the higher end going up to 1.68 Crore, but the amenities are impressive. Our main concern is the traffic on NH-8 during peak hou, which could be an issue. The construction is ongoing and expected to finish by March 2030. The Vastu compliance is a nice touch.
