The location in Mansarovar Extension, Ajmer Road, is developing and close to the NH-8 highway, which is positive for future rental demand. My Dream House has equipped the project with solar panels and rainwater harvesting, which are good sustainability features. The nearby JDA Park is a significant plus, offering green space. While the project is ready to move, I'm holding onto it for appreciation. The price point of around 90 Lakhs for the unit I bought seems competitive for this area in Jaipur.
