Our children are settled into their new school, Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer Secondary School, which is very close to Pioneer Tulips. This was our main requirement when looking for a home. The project is located in a nice area of Pattabhipuram with plenty of civic amenities just a short walk away. We have a 2 BHK with 735 square feet of space and it is perfect for our small family. The kids love the swimming pool, and we feel safe letting them play in the designated areas. Pioneer Realtohas been helpful with the handover process. The building is quiet at night and the security guards are very attentive. We are very satisfied with this move as it makes our daily routine so much easier to manage.

The project offea decent set of amenities including an Olympic size swimming pool and well kept landscaping. Since the property is ready to move, I did not have to worry about construction delays. The 2 BHK unit layout is simple and efficient with 735 square feet of carpet space. I found the 3 open side property design to be a big plus for ventilation and natural light inside the rooms. While the access road can get a bit dusty due to ongoing development in the neighborhood, the overall quality of construction by Pioneer Realtoappeaquite reliable and worth the attention.
