Siva Infra has included important things like closed car parking and landscaping which makes a huge difference in the living experience. Being a working peon, I value that I can reach major spots easily from Pattabhipuram. I did notice that the traffic near Kankaragunta Bridge can be a bit heavy during peak houwhich is a minor point to consider. Overall the project seems solid and the timeline for completion by May 2027 is clear. I am happy with the choice and hope the construction quality matches the current promises shown in the brochures.
